Miss Maddison!!
 
Come
meet me! You'll be just MADD about Maddison!!
Thirteen year old Maddison was originally adopted from us
on 6/19/09. She had a mass the size of a volley ball
removed from her abdomen and the owners were reported to
the animal abuse authorities in San Marcos, TX. She was
picked up and transported to SADAR's vet in San Antonio
who removed the mass and and cleaned her teeth. She
is now on incontinence medications and gabapentin twice
daily due to pain in her rear quarters. She seems very uncomfortable
in the house and just tries to get back out but we are hoping
over time she will be comfortable in the home. Right
now, most of the time she won't sleep in the kennels but
in the outdoor run instead. She does seem to like to walk
and she does 1 mile 3 times a week. Not bad for a Grand
Dame!!

Needs if any: She is on medication for incontinence and
gabapentin for pain.
