Eight year old Carly came to rescue from Michigan needing heartworm treatment.  During her heartworm treatment she developed what was thought to be a bowel obstruction so exploratory surgery was preformed.  When no obstruction was found she was treated for a presumed blood clot.  Since then she has been doing well and will soon be looking forward to finding her new forever home.
