Whew! I'm tired, for now...

High Desert Doberman Rescue took in four Dobermans and a senior bulldog mix from a tragic situation where their owner passed away leaving them alone in the home. All five canines are obese including Kono, who is a friendly and active Doberman despite his size. They are concerned with his weight and will schedule a wellness exam and a senior wellness blood package to check the thyroid. He just arrived so they are just beginning to learn about their needs!

The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by raising funds for their rescue programs. This helps offset some of the additional costs that come with caring for a senior (diet, medications, supplements, etc.). Please read more about this program on the Sponsor A Senior page.
