Walter is a new senior with us as of late December, 2023, and we don't expect him to be long-lived because of his age - 10 - and his condition. With lots of love and good care, who can say?  Despite having lumps all over him and some arthritis, he was a favorite at one of the animal shelters we deal with, and it's easy to understand why. Walter is a 104-pound stunning dog who must have been a show-stopper in his day, with a sweet demeanor to match. He has been dog-social in the time we've known him, and he never wants to stray far from his human!
