Smokey!
Meet the happy face of sweet Smokey. He is eight years-old and came to rescue after being turned in to a large high-kill shelter in Los Angeles. No reason was given from the owner who surrendered him but it would be difficult to believe it was due to any fault of his. Smokey is a favorite at Doberman Pinscher Rescue because of his sweet nature and endearing mannerisms. He is happy and grateful for every little thing he receives and loves his exercise periods in the playground. Smokey never strays far from those he's with and he is a genuinely happy Senior. Special Needs if any: None Geographic areas: Doberman Pinscher Rescue is willing to place outside of California as long as the adopter agrees to personally return him to the rescue if it doesn't work out. 
The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by raising funds for their rescue programs.
