Jumbo!!
Jumbo came to rescue in February, 2022 because a caring woman said her relative works at a vet office where an owner brought in his 12-year-old dog for euthanasia (because the dog was old). The woman said she was unable to own dogs where she lived, but she took him home from the vet clinic because she felt being old was not a good reason to be put down. Jumbo is in fairly good shape and and the rescue is getting him neutered and getting dental work done. He has a good bio: fine with small dogs, cats, and housebroken. The vet puts him at 9 years old and 87 pounds. He's handsome and he's a good dog, so it’s hoped he will be able to be adopted into a caring home for whatever time he has left.
