Emmett was picked by a kind person who found him living alone on the streets and taken to a shelter. The shelter notified rescue who welcomed him with open arms. At some point Emmett was cared for but after living on the streets for an unknown period of time he has developed dental issues and has weakness in his rear legs. He is being evaluated by vets and is already showing some improvements. What he really needs is a loving home where he will be cherished for the rest of his days.
