Meet Miss Zee !!

Before my 1st encounter of the RUDE kind...

 
And now I have my Ear-Do Bonnet!!
I'm Miss Pretty in Pink!!

Zee is between 9 and 11 years old Dobe Lady who was picked up as a stray before Thanksgiving. She is a sparkly little thing known for being 54 pounds of Energizer Bunny!  She is an all natural girl who appears to have lived her entire life outside and it’s taking a long time for her to learn that being inside and cared for is a good thing.  She loves creating nests and hiding places full of twigs and branches in the most bizarre places in the yard.  She arrived to rescue full of dents and scratches, lots of old scars and it’s all due to her over-exuberance when playing outside.  She is fearless and tries everything with all her might.  It was discovered on x-ray that she has severe hip dysplasia on her left side causing her to be very clumsy.  She doesn’t realize she needs to take it easy so she tends to overdo winding up having to rest for a few days to recover.  She is on a special diet eating 6 cups of food per day and still doesn’t gain any weight. Unfortunately her foster area does not have any place for her to receive acupuncture and specialized veterinary care but the rescue is still looking for a swimming pool or similar non-impact exercise place where she can get more physiotherapy. She is happy in her foster home and will remain there for the rest of her days.
