Meet 7 year-old Joy! She was rescued from an Atlanta, GA high kill shelter after her owner surrendered her for no reason, at least that was given. Joy is a large dober lady who has been put on a thyroid supplement and is slowly losing weight and growing back her beautiful coat. She doing well in her foster home and gets along well with the other dogs there. She loves spending time playing in the yard and resting on the sofa. If you're looking for a low key companion then Joy would be your girl.
