Lucy!!
January,
2014!! - The 1st Lucky Senior Lady...
Miss Lucy has been adopted!!! Somebody just got lucky!
Happy, happy retirement Sweet Lady!
HIP HIP HOOOORAY!!
Meet
Miss Lucy... like her namesake, a gorgeous
REDHEAD!!
Did
you say it's Couch Time??
I can SERIOUSLY get into this!!
Beautiful 7 year-old Lucy
was given up by her owner when he moved and no longer wanted her.
Didn't want her??? Obviously HIS problem!! She was then
passed from relative to relative until she came to rescue. She
loves to get attention and cuddle on the sofa and is crate trained.
She is housebroken and good with small dogs and cats. Lucy has
never lived with other dogs her size but is doing well with her
foster mom's dobe. Lucy is scared in new environments and will
become defensive so she needs to be introduced to new people and
experiences slowly. She could also benefit from a basic obedience
course to build her confidence and learn how to walk on a leash
without pulling. She is very active for a Senior and would love
to have a home where she can feel safe and secure.
Special Needs If Any:
Inexpensive thyroid meds.
