Ethan was adopted from Southwest
Ohio Doberman Rescue 9 years ago when he was a puppy of 6 months
old. Despite the rescue maintaining contact with the adopters
they gave him away to some “friends” a couple of years
ago. These so called friends didn’t take care of Ethan and
he was picked up as a stray by animal control in the middle of
the night. Thankfully the micro chip did it’s job and Ethan
was returned to SWODR. Poor Ethan is very skinny and apparently
was living outside before he was picked up. However, being a sweet,
laid back Senior is feeling much better being among people who
care about him. He thinks he would like to go running around with
the younger dogs but soon runs tires. This sweet old gent would
love to find a forever home where he can spend the rest of his
days as a beloved couch potato!
