Chance came to SWODR from a shelter after being picked up as a stray. When he was found he had a bone stuck in his lower jaw that must have been very painful and frightening for him. However, being a true Doberman he allowed this to be removed without so much as a squawk. This beautiful 7 year-old Senior boy is gaining his health back a little each day and will soon be ready for his new forever home.

Geographic areas: Prefer local adoption but will consider all qualified applicants.

The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by raising funds for their rescue programs. This helps offset some of the additional costs that come with caring for a senior (diet, medications, supplements, etc.). Please read more about this program on the Sponsor A Senior page.

Mr. Chance is looking for a sponsor! The cost to sponsor a Senior Dobe is $30 per month or $360 per year. You can sponsor a Senior for one month, one year, or somewhere in between.
