Meet
Mr. Bean!!
Seriously,
can we talk?? I thought I was a goner...
And
then... a light at the end of that dark tunnel!
YES, YES!! It's the Light of Love and I have plenty left to share!!
Meet 9 year-old Mr. Bean. He is a big boy,
weighing about 100 pounds but is a soft-hearted sweetie who means
no harm to anyone or anything. He prefers to spend his days on
the sofa and snuggling whenever possible. This poor old fella
was surrendered to a high kill shelter with his leg muscles atrophied,
his elbows covered with unsightly skin tags, and his skin feeling
pebbly suggesting years of an unbearable flea infestation and
never-ending inflammation. Bean’s chances of making it out
of the shelter alive were extremely slim and he felt the hopelessness
and stopped eating. In stepped the rescue angels of Southwest
Ohio Doberman Rescue who have a soft spot for these old gentlemen
and ladies who will blossom if given some medical care and love.
He was busted out of doggie jail and since been given a bath a
couple of times and his coat and skin are looking better. He is
eating, has discovered the sofa, and has started holding his head
up. This sweetheart of a dobe has stolen the hearts of several
of the volunteers already and it is suspected that everyone who
meets him will love him just as much.!
