Justice!
Rescued and adopted!
Update 3/25/03: We are happy to announce that Justice has been rescued AND adopted.
His new family is having his medical needs evaluated by a new vet and will care for any
special needs he may have. He is safe and in good hands.
We wish Justice and hi new family all the best.
Justice was found as a stray and was recently pulled from the Southampton
Town Animal Shelter and is in foster care. He is 7 years old, black and tan,
cropped and docked, and neutered. Justice's medical condition is being evaluated
and we will update this page once we have more information. Per his recent caretakers,
he is/has "Sweet temperament; good with other dogs;
appears OK with children & smaller pets."
Justice's Happy Tail!
Justice is doing very well in his new home. He is running with his sibling,
a Beagle, and is quite active - he even developed some muscle since coming to his new home.
His new owner is rather athletic, so Justice walks about 2 miles a day.
He also enjoys nuzzling people. The neurologist has said that he probably have wobblers,
but a definite diagnosis would be very risky for him. In all, he's a very happy dog in a
super good home that will provide any treatment necessary.
