Beautiful Marley was surrendered to Doberman Rescue of Nevada by people who had lost their homes. Although she’s 8 years old, it appears she’s led a life of benign neglect and indifference. Her nails had been trimmed but she was not spayed and was completely shut down mentally upon surrender. She was also suffering from arthritis and was not receiving any therapy or medication for her discomfort. She was taken to a vet immediately upon surrender and is now holding her head high and feeling better. She still has medical issues that will be addressed. She has a growth in her mouth and her live values are elevated. She will have a liver biopsy while being spayed. This beautiful Senior girl has come out of her shell and show her wonderful personality. It’s hoped she can find a new home where she will be loved and treasured as a family member.

Geographic areas for adoptions: Not available for adoption at this time; when cleared, any state in the western part of the U.S. as long as a home visit can be arranged. New adopters must come to Nevada to meet the Doberman they wish to adopt and bring with them any pet who lives in the home.
