Update! KC went to a very nice family in Southern Utah where he has over an acre to run and play on. There are no other dogs in the home and KC was adopted for the husband who is retired and wants companionship. I have checked up on KC and the family many times over the past several weeks and they are just head over heals in love with him.

KC was picked up by animal control and taken to the local shelter. It was about 2 weeks before Las Vegas Doberman Pinscher Rescue had room to pull KC and by then he was sick with kennel cough and his weight was down 10 pounds. LV Doberman Rescue managed to get rid of the kennel cough and is still trying to put some more weight on him. KC is 8-9 years old, black/rust, cropped and docked. He is neutered and will be micro-chipped and fully vaccinated after he puts on more weight. KC knows basic obedience, is crate-trained, and is not a barker when he’s outside. He is good with other female dogs. He expresses a great interest in the cats that stroll around the neighborhood, so cats are a caution. This sweet boy is a big love! He is very playful and full of energy. I think this dog would be a great companion for a moderately active home as KC is no couch potato.
