Meet Sampson!

Times up!!  It's time for a Perimeter Patrol...


Here we go... and, I'm all over it!!

Handsome Sampson is a 7 year old Senior who came to Bluegrass Doberman Rescue from North Carolina after his owner surrendered him a shelter. He was found a foster home and they began his heartworm treatment. The foster noticed he was losing weight although he was eating more food than a dobie of his age usually does. He was treated for hookworms and low thyroid but this didn’t seem to help either. They are waiting for additional test results to come back before he’s ready to find his new forever home. He is a handsome, sweet boy who gets along with other dogs and loves people!

Special Needs If Any: Pending test results and when he's ready, he'd love a Forever Family!!

Geographic areas you adopt to: Once cleared of HW, Kentucky and surrounding states and will adopt outside that area if a home visit can be arranged and the people are willing to travel to meet the Dobe in their foster home.
