Meet Miss Jacy

Here I am at eleven years...


On my way to a forever home??


NOT BAD for a halfway house... eh?


I can interview now if you like!!

Jacy is a spry 11 year old dobie girl who loves all other dogs and cats. She can be shy with people when she first meets you but quickly warms up and soon you will get the dobie butt wiggle. She is house trained and does not need a crate. She is content sleeping on a big cushy dog bed, or better yet, on the sofa with you. Jacy can be particular about her food as in what she likes to eat changes daily. Sometimes she will leave a treat sitting for 12 to 24 hours before it’s ready to be eaten. Her quirky behavior is just part of her charm. A quiet home for Jacy would be best - little children would be too much noise and energy for her. We feel she deserves a quiet retirement. However, when she’s ready to play she will play bow to you and have a grand time with her game!

Geographic Adoption Area: Kentucky and surrounding states but will adopt outside that area if a home visit can be arranged and the people are willing to travel to meet the Dobe in their foster home.
