But... I'm dreaming of my girl I left behind...
Sweet Fannie Mae!!

This happy, friendly boy is Fritz and he’s an 8.5 year old red Doberman with super soft natural ears and a docked tail.  He came to rescue with his sister Fannie Mae because his elderly parents could no longer care for them (see her page also).  He was used to spending a lot of time with his people since they were retired so he’d do best in a family where there was someone frequently home - i.e. retired, work from home or who has a flexible schedule.  He gets along with other dogs and would be fine living with a female dog.  He’s shown a little too much interest in the kitties so far so most likely would not recommend a home with them.  Fritz is house trained, loves to go on car rides, or just running around in the yard. He’s a tall boy who needs some room to move around so wouldn’t be a good apartment dog.  He loves to rest his head in your lap to get some ear scratches. He’s pretty much a perfect Senior boy!

Geographic areas you adopt to:  Kentucky and surrounding states and will adopt outside that area if a home visit can be arranged and the people are willing to travel to meet the Dobe in their foster home.
