Jay
Frank was returned to DogWorks Canine Rescue in August, 2002, after
his human died. He originally came to DogWorks when he was relinquished
by his original owner in 1997, and was subsequently placed. His
now deceased adopter's family returned Jay Frank to DogWorks, where
he is in foster care. Jay Frank is hoping you will help him find
his new family.
Jay Frank is an active and healthy red and rust
8.5 year old neutered male, with a docked tail and natural ears.
He is hypothyroid and is currently on Soloxine. Jay Frank is house
trained and uses a doggie door. He loves people, but has no experience
with small children. He loves to go for walks and gets along well
with submissive dogs. He is definitely not a candidate for a home
with cats, as he absolutely hates them and does have prey drive.
Contact Info:
DogWorks will place Jay Frank in Northern or Central California
only.
2.28.2004
Jay has developed rear end weakness to the point
that we think it is unreasonable to place him in a
new home at this time in his life. He continues to bask in the sun,
enjoy brief outings and will continue to be loved in his foster
home.
