Max is currently in foster care looking for his forever home. This active black and tan boy enjoys relaxing in the hot sun. He loves to run and play with his tennis ball in the backyard. He's sweet, lovable, very affectionate and wants to be with you all the time. Max knows basic commands, and is housebroken. He was crate trained, but prefers to sleep in his dog bed or on the floor and would surely trade his own bed for yours. He walks well on a leash and gets along well with all other dogs. While he is extremely friendly and finds children interesting, they tend to make him a bit uneasy and nervous. Max is 10 1/2 years old, cropped, docked, and neutered. Max is looking for a home with no small children so the rest of his years can be spent happy and comfortable. Max has no medical needs, but does have quite a few fatty tumors.
