Meet
the Fantastic Forrest... I've got something to tell you...
Some
peeps can't see The Forrest for the trees!!
Senior
boy Forrest was adopted from IDR almost a year ago and was
recently retuned through no fault of his own. His family
is going through a major health crisis and can no longer
care for him. He is an easy boy described as a gentle giant
weighing in at 95 lb. and needing to lose some weight. His
easy-going personality is sure to please anyone looking
for a loving, quiet, and loyal companion. He is currently
in a foster home with another large dog, a cat, and a 7
year-old child. He does well on a leash and is a velcro
Dobe with a sweet disposition and an unwavering love for
his humans. While he is figuring out how wonderful treats
are, he is really motivated by positive reinforcement through
petting and receiving praise. He exhibits very good manners
and loves his toys. He doesn’t really seem to grasp
the concept of fetch it seems, but is very proud of himself
when he has a ball in his mouth. He practically prances!
His antics are super cute and he is sure to warm the heart
of anyone who can provide a home, as he has most certainly
done so in his foster home.
