Meet The Duke!! Did you come for me, Pilgrim?? Yaaay!! They came for ME!! I'm FREE again!! And like they said, I just want to be loved... resist this!! Duke is a sweet 85 pound, 9 year-old who was surrendered by his owners to a shelter because he wasn’t getting along with the other dogs in the home. We’re guessing that perhaps the other dogs were new additions to the family since Duke is a Senior. At the shelter, Duke was completely non-reactive and paid no attention to the other dogs who passed by. Thanks to the Doberman Assistance Network, Duke was transported to join the IDR program. This handsome fellow is said to be house trained and crate trained. He is low-key and mellow, so he would be best in a home with older children. His history with cats is unknown. So far, he is very easy and just wants to be loved. Special Needs if any: None.
