Are you looking for a snuggle companion as you watch your chestnuts roasting on an open fire? Don't worry if Jack Frost is threatening to nip your nose because we have a Dober-lady that will kiss your nose instead! Cookie was wandering the chilly streets of Chicago (looking for IDR+ - we're sure!). Eventually she was found and held as a stray at the local animal control center. We knew she was there but had to exercise patience. As soon as her waiting period had expired we sent the Dober-mobile to pick her up and bring her home to IDR+ not only for the holidays - but for as long as it will take us to help Cookie find her forever home.

We guesstimate Cookie is about 7 years young so technically she is entering the senior period of her life. While she enjoys spending a portion of her day lounging on the couch, she also wants to be a part of the foster pack and will invite and participate playtime with her siblings. She is quite a graceful gal and definitely has a wonderful sparkle in her eyes.

Dr. Paul assures us that Cookie is healthy and when her dental is complete her teeth will sparkle just like her eyes, ready to shine as bright as the lights on the Christmas tree. Cookie is very friendly, affectionate and very willing to wiggle her way into your home and hearts for the holidays and for many holidays to come.
