Bowie was picked up as a stray and is thought to be about 7 or 8 years old. He is the happiest guy, always asking for attention and playbowing for everything. We are not sure what happened to his front legs as they seem to have lick sores or some kind of trauma to them. His bloodwork was normal so it does not appear to be infected but he did do a round of antibiotics just in case. The vet believes they just have a lot of scar tissue which is why the appear to be swollen. He does not really bother them much, but I do put a cone on his head when I am not home as I don't want to take any chances. This will most likely be for life that you have to watch him. He is just the best dog overall and gets along with all the dogs. He is completely housebroken. So if you are looking for an easy senior guy Bowie is your man.
