Mr. Bowen!! I need a forever tutor in the art of "real living" and I'm a GOOD student too!

Meet Mr. Bowen a 9 year-old boy who had spent his entire life in a backyard and used as a breeder. When he came to rescue he was neutered and received a complete medical checkup. Bowen is a shy and fearful boy after having his entire life turned upside down and is learning the pleasures of living in a home and being a companion. Since he has never seen stairs, they are a challenge he is learning to overcome. Bowen loves his crate and lays with this head sticking out and resting on his paws. He loves being covered with a blanket and will give you a huge sigh of contentment as he settles in. Bowen gets along well the other foster dogs and cats in the home and has very little prey drive even towards squirrels in the yard. He is not a garbage picker, a counter surfer and overall has very good manners. He loves car rides and is learning to walk politely on his leash. Bowen is a friendly boy with tendencies towards smooshy but he needs time to warm up to his people. He announces his arrival home with a big dog bark and when watching over his home.
