Cute little Miss Abby was turned in to rescue by her owners along with her 8 year-old DoberMate Memphis. She is housebroken, crate trained, and well behaved indoors but 5 years ago her owners fenced in their yard and put Memphis and Abby outside full time while the 2 small dogs of the home continued to live indoors. It is believed that both dogs' health has suffered drastically after years of living outdoors with low quality food and no vet care. Abby was diagnosed with spondylosis - a degenerative osteoarthritis of the spine and she must have been miserable living out in the cold and heat while dealing with this pain. She has been started on pain medications and supplements to improve her pain levels. Given all this, she is an affectionate and happy girl who loves attention.
