Wookie is a black and tan neutered Doberboy who was rescued from a Southern California shelter, and is currently residing at Doberman Pinscher Rescue in Fillmore, CA. He is between 7 and 8 years, has a docked tail, natural ears, and no known medical conditions or needs. Contrary to what his name may conjure up in the mind's eye, he is a normal sized Dobe with a normal Dobe coat. In fact, he is very handsome and regal!

Wookie is also the consummate gentleman who is very mellow, laid back, and affectionate without being clingy. He has been kenneled with many other Dobes, both male and female, and has never had a disagreement with any of them. His former foster home had human kidlets and he always got along fine with them as well. We don't know how he is with kitties, but Doberman Rescue Fillmore would surely be able to answer that and any other questions you may have about Wookie.
