Little Starla Sr. came to rescue from a shelter who had confiscated her for animal cruelty. She was emaciated weighting only 40 pounds and had numerous medical concerns one of which is degenerative spinal disease. However, she is mobile and enjoys investigating rabbit holes and chasing squirrels so her remaining months or even years may be among the best she has lived!
