Meet Mr. Kimo!! I say... would you like to shake on a long friendship?

Dear Mr. Kimo! This sweet 7 year-old Senior boy was dumped at a high kill shelter and was so scared and sad that he had "shut down" and wouldn't eat or interact by the time he arrived at Doberman Pinscher Rescue. It took a lot of love and care to get Kimo to finally start eating and he is getting some can food to bring his weight back up to normal. He is living with a non-confrontational female dobe and seems to enjoy her company. This tall, lean Senior boy is shy and would love a quiet loving forever home to call his own.

Geographic areas: California and the surrounding states

Geographic areas: Doberman Pinscher Rescue is willing to place outside of California as long as the adopter agrees to personally return him to the rescue if it doesn't work out.

The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by raising funds for their rescue programs. This helps offset some of the additional costs that come with caring for a senior (diet, medications, supplements, etc.). Please read more about this program on the Sponsor A Senior page.
