Dobie!
Update 7 August 03:
Dobie has a foster home! He is still looking for a permanent home though!
Dobie is a sweet, black and tan Doberman with soft ears and a docked tail.
He just turned 13 years old last May. Poor Dobie has to find a new home because
his long-time owner, also a senior, has health issues, which make taking good care
of a large dog difficult.
Dobie is friendly and he is dog and cat social. He loves to go for walks and he is housebroken.
Dobie is up-to-date on his vaccinations and he is neutered. His health is fine, except for a
little stiffness in his hind legs and some typical Doberman fatty tumors. If anyone can give this deserving senior a cozy place
for his last days we would be very grateful--and so would Dobie!
Doberman Pinscher Rescue is willing to place Dobermans in California
or surrounding states. However, the adopter must agree to personally
return the dog to Doberman Pinscher Rescue in the event the adoption
does not work out.
