Daisy!
February,
2010!! Miss Daisy has been adopted! HAPPY RETIREMENT Miss Daisy!
How
would you like to be "Driving Miss Daisy" home? She
would sure love to be your Forever Daisy!!
Miss Daisy is a 7 year-old dobergirl who was taken
to a local vet by her family to be put to sleep for snapping at
children who were abusing her. We don't know how long she had
been tolerating their abuse but when a child poked a stick up
her rear she'd finally had enough and snapped and snarled at them.
No wonder she voiced her displeasure! The vet could not bring
himself to put this lovely lady to sleep for trying to protect
herself and Dana Johnson with Northern California Doberman Rescue
was called. After everything she's been through, Daisy needs a
quiet home without children, cats or other dogs to begin to heal
after seven years of being treated like an object with no emotions
or feelings.

The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by
raising funds for their rescue programs. This helps offset
some of the additional costs that come with caring for a senior
(diet, medications, supplements, etc.). Please read more about
this program on the Sponsor
A Senior page.
Miss Daisy is looking for a sponsor! The cost
to sponsor a Senior Dobe is $30 per month or $360 per year.
You can sponsor a Senior for one month, one year, or somewhere
in between. To sponsor Miss Daisy, use the PayPal button below
or visit the Sponsor
A Senior page for instructions on sending a check. Thank
you for any help you can give, it is MUCH appreciated!
