Chelsea & Dallas - Twins!

We are positively thrilled that these two sisters have found a new home - together! Their foster Mom says "The twins Dallas and Chelsea are doing awesome in their new home. They have their new parents trained well and all are in love."

These 2 beautiful sisters were purchased at six weeks of age and raised together. Their owner was recently forced to give them up due to financial limitations. Chelsea and Dallas are black & tan, 7 years old, cropped, docked, and spayed. Both girls are in great health except for an occasional leakage of urine, which is often seen in older spayed females, and it has been controlled with medication.

The Twins are both house trained sweethearts. They appear to have had basic obedience training, but not optimum socialization. They are somewhat aloof around other dogs; were cautious and unsure when cat-tested, as if they'd never seen a cat; and are OK with small children albeit a bit nervous at times. Despite their somewhat hesitant reactions to these exposures, neither girl has shown any aggression at all. Nonetheless, a home without other dogs, cats, or small children would probably be best for them.

Chelsea is the more outgoing and energized of the two. She likes to run up and jump on you [some remedial obedience training work needed there!], and also likes to run and romp in the yard. Dallas is far more reserved and ladylike. Because these two girls have spent their entire lives together, Dobie Heaven-Doberman Rescue would prefer to place them together if at all possible.
