Bliss-full Blittz Bodyshots!!

Blittz is a smallish senior Doberman of 8 years who was adopted by his owners from an animal shelter in February, 2020 and relinquished to us in November, 2020 due to moving into no-pet housing. They were reluctant to return him to the shelter because they feared he might not be adopted due to his age.  Since coming to rescue Blittz has presented as very excitable and reactive to other dogs, though his owners' relinquishment form indicated that he's good with other dogs, so his issues are likely just "barrier" reactivity, such as when he's behind a fence or being restrained on leash.  He's also housebroken, not destructive, and has no bad habits as far as we know.
