Ten year old April came to rescue from a local animal shelter so not much is known about her past. She is very active for a Senior girl and is showing no signs of slowing down. She is great with people and would be a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. She is fairly dog social but she likes to be in charge so despite her small size, she has moments when she is a bit of a bully. She would be best paired with a larger male dog and an owner who can let her know the rules so she doesn’t decide them for herself. It is hopeful she can get a home who will give her the love and leadership she deserves.
