Seven year old Apollo was pulled from a local shelter after being picked up as a stray in very poor condition. It was claimed he was found wandering, coughing, and feeling miserable. He is a blue Doberman but with very poor body condition and color dilution alopecia along with poor nutrition. Sadly, that’s not his only problem as he has a raging case of pneumonia that has settled into his lungs with sneezing, coughing, chills, and nasal discharge. Poor boy looks very miserable. He is now getting veterinary attention and is eating well. He is friendly, affectionate and not terribly lethargic. He has been put on medications that he’s tolerating well and showing some signs of improvement.
