Jaida is a 7 1/2 yr old girl who came into our program as an owner give up. Don't let her age fool you, she has the best personality and energy going for her. She has been in foster care for over a week and has fit in very nicely. Jaida is currently living with dogs both large and small and doing great. She also gets along with the cats. She loves to walk around the house or yard with a tennis ball or squeaky toy in her mouth. If you play fetch with her and she is in heaven. And after some play time you will find her laying on the deck or in the grass soaking up the sun. Jaida is fully housebroken, walks well on a leash with a prong collar and is great riding in a van with her head out the window looking all around. During a normal work day she is behind a baby gate and does great, then goes out to do her business when my pet sitter comes over. Jaida sits nicely for her treats and responds well to "leave it". She does need a refresher course in basic obedience training when it comes to other commands and will do just great. Jaida is an all around sweet and laid back dober girl who has many years left to provide her new family with a lot of devotion, love and just plain old companionship.
