Bubbles is the most energetic 12 year old Doberman ever to move into Northern California Doberman Rescue. She came from a shelter where she was well known as she’d slipped out of her yard several times over the years. The most recent time her owner was moving and could not have a dog in the new locations. She had several suspicious looking growths on her back and the end of her tail but the vet found they were benign and as long as they don’t interfere with her normal body functions they will not be removed. She is a silly, happy girl and she smiles when you speak to her. Her health is very good for her age and she’s a bit heavy at 72 lbs.. but with her prancing about she is already slimmer. She does not do well with cats or other dogs but is reported to be good with children over 6 years old. She prefers to hang out outside but appreciated her crate for meals and naps during the heat of the day.
