Meet Mari!
Don't be afraid Miss Mari!! We're all behind you now!
Mari is a sweet 7 year old DobeLady that is the constant companion of her owner, Leone. Due to the neglectful care by her first owner, Mari was removed from that home by her breeder and rehomed to Leone, who has had her since her early pup days. Mari has now been diagnosed with the dreaded DCM and recently, while getting her regular checkup, a possible pancreatic tumor was suspected. Since Leone has a limited fixed income, SND stepped in to help with the ultrasound and full exam regarding the tumor and planned to help with any necessary treatment/meds that might have been required. The GREAT NEWS is that the tumor turned out to be nothing -- NO CANCER!! However, SND is continuing to help Mari with her meds for her DCM condition. While this girl had a rough beginning, her place with Leone is one of pure devotion - in both directions. Giving up on Mari is not an option.
