PLEASE MEET HANK, one gorgeous DoberGuy!! Hank spent some time in a shelter in northern California, where he was adopted by a family. He was dearly loved in his home, where he played with the children and the other family pets. But, it was discovered that Hank was heartworm positive, and Hank's family could not afford his treatment, nor did they have the means to manage him during the weeks of necessary confinement. Knowing that his chances for adoption would not be good at the shelter, Hank's family brought him to Northern California Doberman Rescue, where he stayed for a short while before being driven to a loving foster home. Hank is currently enjoying rolling hills and lots of love and attention at his temporary digs. This guy is a real sweetheart. His FosterMom Ann says when she walks outside to the dogs' kennels, Hank immediately spins around to say hello, with a big happy expression on his face. At the vet, he's been a great patient and a real DoberGentleman during his Heartworm treatments.
But, Heartworm eradication is an expensive proposition, and the RescueAngels of Northern Califoronia Doberman Rescue need help paying for sweet Hank's vet bills.
